Relief Production Process

3. Preliminary processing and engraving: the wool stone is made into a plate and the gantry saw is used to break it into size materials. Pay attention to the seam inspection.

4. Engraving and lofting: Make 1:1 large sample according to the design draft.

5. Start carving: After the lofting is completed, the stone prototype will be carved, and then the craftsman will finely carve it.

6. Polishing: After all the carvings are completed, perform detailed processing, and polish with coarse emery cloth and fine emery cloth.

7. Inspection and acceptance: Before the customer's acceptance, the quality supervision department of the company will carry out the sculpture quality inspection.

8. Sculpture installation: make the steel frame according to the installation scene and size, and weld and install it.

9. Inspection and inspection: After the Relief installation is completed, the arts and craftsman will perform partial treatment and install and accept.
